In their facilities, they have found a way to offer a wide range of Gluten Free products with the same quality standards as the rest of their products containing gluten.
They have all ADINMIX developments product range, described in the website, developed as a separate gluten free range, completely adapted for coeliac customers, and underlying the same strict quality standards as the rest of the products ADIN manufactures.
Gluten Free products are a new phenomenon which arises as a result of new elements in diets. These products remove all ingredients that contains gluten.
The manufacturing of this product range is done in completely new facilities, which are entirely separated and isolated from the manufacturing of the rest of the gluten products within the ADINMIX range.
ALIMENTARIA ADIN, based in Valencia Spain, is a company specialized in the production of locust bean gum, coating systems and special flours.
It has experience in both the ingredients industry and the food additive markets for over 4 generations in the flour sector.
This allows them to be currently equipped with the most modern technologies, for both the production and the quality control of their products.
