Dear friends and business partners,
This morning is special – since January 4th I’ve been waiting to make this news official. Yesterday evening finally came the registration of the district court Pinneberg.
For me, today is the first official day as owner and sole managing director of MBB GmbH.
With this, the Blechschmidt family and I complete the last step in a process that we began together almost exactly five years ago.
At this point, I would like to thank you and you; the MBB partners, my family and friends; in short, everyone who encouraged me to go down this path and support me in doing so.
For you as a customer and supplier, the change of ownership will hardly change anything. The bank details and also the postal address in Hamburg remain the same. Only the seat of the company is moved from Blender to Kiebitzreihe.
This is an exciting time for me and my family. Even if our day-to-day business remains the same, we now have our own business with all the opportunities and risks that this entails.
So I am all the more looking forward to reliable partnerships which I would like to develop further together with you and you in 2016 and beyond.
